Sometimes messy processes, constant changes (I´m fine with it but not everybody is), no bonus structure for salespeople.
All those things are being worked on actively, so the company should be over 5 stars soon!

Am besten finde ich, wie man selbst in diesem Unternehmen wachsen kann.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

Ich habe mich bei Pergolux persönlich sehr wohlgefühlt und würde aus individueller Sicht 5 Sterne geben. Während meiner Zeit im Unternehmen gab es allerdings eine herausfordernde Phase mit viel Chaos und Stress im Kundenservice und Einkauf, bedingt durch starke Lieferverzögerungen. Das hat man auch im Team gespürt – einige wirkten dadurch phasenweise entmutigt. Soweit ich höre, ist diese Phase inzwischen aber vorbei.

Bei dieser Firma wächst nicht nur der Umsatz – man merkt, dass den Chefs auch die anderen Faktoren, die hier auf Kununu bewertet werden, wirklich am Herzen liegen.

Work-Life-Balance

Wie bereits erwähnt: Wer es lieber ruhig angeht und nur seinen Stiefel runterarbeiten will, ist hier wahrscheinlich fehl am Platz. Die Anforderungen sind hoch, aber fair – Leistung zählt mehr als bloße Anwesenheit. Je nach Abteilung und Position kann man mit einem normalen 8-Stunden-Tag gut hinkommen, wenn man sich reinhängt.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

Es gibt gute Eloomi-Kurse und schlaue Menschen, die einem gerne was beibringen, aber am meisten habe ich durch Praxis gelernt: Ich habe oft Verantwortung für Aufgaben übernommen, von denen ich anfangs wenig Ahnung hatte – und dann einfach durch Learning-by-Doing schnell dazugelernt.

Besonders positiv habe ich die Kommunikation erlebt: Fragen konnte man jederzeit stellen, gleichzeitig hatte man volle Eigenverantwortung und wurde nicht kontrolliert. Durch die motivierende Atmosphäre, regelmäßige Meetings und das gemeinsame Ziel hatte man einfach das Gefühl, Teil von etwas Größerem zu sein. Jeder gibt sein Bestes – man ist ein echtes Team.

Ich finde gut, dass hier so flache Hierarchien (moderne Führungskultur) gepflegt werden und man sich jederzeit traut, Fragen zu stellen.
Der Umgang mit Kollegen ist toll und man unterstützt sich, dadurch hat mein ein ermutigendes Arbeitsklima, was ich sehr schätze.
Auch Kritik wird angenommen und für wichtig empfunden.
