A good employer with a motivated team to be future-proof

Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The management is very open to suggestions and they encourage challenging the status-quo to move further
In the last 6 months the company turned itself upside-down and questioned very transparently what was going well, what wasn't and which changes needed to be made urgently in order to remain viable for the future. Every employee was involved in these decisions and their outcome was communicated in an understandable way
We work together towards a common vision
