I dont believe there ever will be an improvement, if the mindset of the company remains the same. Also, the management must be changed compeletely.

Looking back, I'm kind of ashamed I worked for that clown show.
Salary was good, but every month was delayed. They also try to charge you random things in order to be able to remove the amount of your salary.
Everyone tried to blame someone else. Especially from the upper management.

Extremely toxic upper management. No help at all in any situation.
I wish I could put 0 stars. The bulling from the upper management was constant. We were asked to use our personal money to cover for the needs of the material with the promise we will get them back ''at some point''. It was expected from one person to do the work of 2-3 people. The most toxic company I have ever worked. The whole mindset is based on taking advantage everyone that works for them. For the sake of your mental heath please stay away from them.
There was no communication between the departments
Ideale Möglichkeit, dass man in Deutschland Fuß fassen kann. Sehr viele Kollegen kommen von Syrien, Türkei, etc. außerhalb der europäischen Union

Es ist nicht Griechenland. Wo man alles machen kann, ohne dass jemand sagt. Es wird nichts gesagt, weil 99,99 % aller Mitarbeiter Ausländer sind und viele von denen ist, dass der erste Job Berührungspunkt in Deutschland
Sehr toxisches Klima, bei einer 40 Stundenwoche, wenn man innerhalb von 8: 30 Stunden geht Kommt der Kommentar Teilzeit
Gehalt sehr gut, aber man muss jeden Monat bemängelt, dass man den bekommt. Rechtzeitig ist etwas anderes.

I've been with Phoenix Engineering for a little over a year, and overall, my experience has been very positive. The company offers a supportive work environment, and I’ve had the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally during my time here. The team is highly collaborative, and there’s a strong sense of camaraderie across departments. Colleagues are friendly and genuinely want to help each other succeed.
Leadership is approachable and open to feedback. They take the time to listen and make an effort to implement changes when possible.
The company provides opportunities for career growth. I’ve had the chance to take on new challenges and advance in my role.
The work-life balance is good overall. Remote work options are a plus.
One area that could be improved is the communication between departments. Sometimes, important updates or changes don’t filter down as efficiently as they should, which can lead to misunderstandings or delays in project timelines.
Pleased with my position and the admin responsibilities. The company is open to communication and the salary is satisfactory.
The personnel evaluations should be done more often, so that the employee has the chance for professional development.
Phoenix Engineering has provided me with opportunities for growth and a stable working environment. Both the initial approach as well as the actual incorporation to the office life have been pleasant. Communication with my colleagues is excellent and general management is approachable and understanding.
Some processes can become simpler to result in a better everyday working flow.
Nur das Gehalt und man bezahlt gar nicht für Firmenwagen,obwohl das für Private Nutzung erlaubt ist.

Keine eigene Büro
Die Bauleitern müssen mit Respekt behandelt werden und dürfen nicht noch mehr Druck auf sie ausüben, da die Arbeit an sich schon stressig ist und Arbeitstage ist nur auf der Baustelle.
Stressige Arbeit und man arbeitet mehr als 40 Stunden pro Woche ohne extra Vergütung.
Die Bauleiter ist sehr anstreng und bekommt man für Überstunden keine extra Vergütung.
Außerdem gibt es keine Büro für Bauleiter
Wird nicht immer die Urlaubstage genehmigt.
Gehalt ist das einzige was gut war.
Aber Überstunden wird nicht bezahlt!!
Nette Kollegen
Meistens sind junge Mitarbeiter
Vorgesetzte behandeln ihre Bauleiter nicht mit Respekt und ihre Arbeit und ihr Einsatz werden nicht gewürdigt.
Kein Büro
Wird meisten nur Englisch gesprochen und kaum verstehen Deutsch.
Kollegen sind Nett aber der Vorgesetzte Führungskräfte sind meisten unfreundlich
