Kommunikation
Sometimes you can wait for days to receive a response from certain people. Especially, if you're working remotely this can be really frustrating.
Too many pointless meetings at the same time due to the Holocracy approach.
Gleichberechtigung
There is a difference if you are male or female at Phrase. As you're dealing mostly with men in the Product/Engineering teams, I had not the feeling that women were treated equally.
Interessante Aufgaben
Certainly, there are interesting topics and tasks, however your creativity has an end quickly and its enemy are the OKRs. Everything besides your OKRs should not be touched, which is simply sad for everyone who has ideas/improvements of the product (especially after Hackday!)
