Business was very challenging and interesting. I like to work again in same domain. By the time around 2022, company was meging with Memsource and it was also interesting time to see new company structure.

I think I made my point obvious so far. All these beautiful work, can be ruined just by a man.

you must consider renew the Director of the organization then you will see the positive impact day first!
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Colleagues are kind, nice persons. They are competent. I had a really nice impression during my interview. Later when we worked together, we had Engineering Friday days and a lot of inspiring ideas sparked from other people.
Kommunikation
I downvoted because Corporate communication was really worse at that time. My line manager was quite nice, I liked him very much yet Direktor is very micro-managed person, He even skips the chain of command and disturbed me time to time.

I was working remotely and connection between team was good. My line manager kind person and team accepted me since the day first.
Work-Life-Balance
unfortunately attitude of Director made the rest of the day afterwork also stressfull. Because tomorrow it was another day starts with "What if..."
Vorgesetztenverhalten
As I said. I was very pleased my line manager. I have worked with 2 teams. Reason I switch the team in very short time because 3 Frontend developers quit at the same time due to Director's attitude. I was asked to join and takeover their absence. Director was moody, I am still hearin his moody behaviours. Yet he carved his place nobody can move him.

Bad. Overall team and organisation was nice but Director puts the work very hard to deal with.
Gehalt/Benefits
Low. By the time I had negoatiate a lot because Director was the making decision and he was very pushy about the money making up reasons by himself not based on any feedback or criteria. Even he feedbacks are supportive, he was like "eehhm, I don't agree..."
Karriere/Weiterbildung
definitely not a place for career progress. If you start before him, you got the chance not later.
