Nothing special. Prior to COVID things were worse and home-office was nearly impossible.

No real effort to "grow" and promote people.
Gehalt/Benefits
No end-of-year/Christmas bonus or similar even though there was a lot of revenue growth in spite of the crisis. People are pushed back when asked for a pay raise or promotion even though it would have been more than deserved. Comparably, commission is a joke when checking other SaaS sales positions. By the way, no real perks/benefits in any other way either (no assistance in public transport, no company pension scheme, no mobile device, etc. etc. )

Pretty good in specific groups of people. But lacking between people in different departments. Also pretty bad between people in lead positions and their team members.

Interessante Aufgaben
Repetitive. Suggested improvements are not taken into consideration. So, things that could actually improve the process and make things better are not picked up at all. Very sad.
