Executives are far from being professional, they live in another universe, they don't want to see the real problems, bringing some fruits in office is not the solution :)

For executives, try to be leaders not bosses.
Be fair, pay people what the really deserve.
Stop being ARROGANT and THINK.

Very bad office, not well equipped, if you are working on client office, the company doesn't even think to bring water for employees.

Not professional at all. Most of the time the wrong person is qualified to be a team leader or project manager or even executive, and this leads to catastrophic results.

Depends on the project and the client itself, PITERION has nothing to do with it.

Just ARROGANT.
If you are working on a client project and making money, they ignore you.
If you are not assigned to a client project you are under pressure, like it's your fault that the sales did not find a project for you.
Interessante Aufgaben
Depends of the project itself, most of the time bug fixing or small boring tasks. You will be lucky if you will get a full project from scratch where you can show your skills.

Simply DISCRIMINATION
1- no equality on salary, in some cases Juniors are more payed than Seniors.
2- no equality on positions, Titles and responsabilities are not assigned based on your experience or your work but rather based on how close you are of executives.
3- In the same project you will find some people having more benefits like home office...
