Open-Door mentality, though people on higher positions will ignore your problems

Nice Team and Teamleads. Very open-minded and funny working atmosphere.

Home office is only available in some few projects, though this is not a Problem, because there is much freedom in when you want to come & go.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Teamleads are good (more than good, actually), but other executives, though they are nice to you, will ignore your concerns
Interessante Aufgaben
Depends what project. If the customer wants extremly old technology and strange project workflows, he will get it. It could be the case that you learn very much - or almost nothing that helps you for your Future career.
Gleichberechtigung
On Teamlevel good. Bad with higher positions. People who are foreigners are considered less valuable because they cannot speak German as good as a native (though most of the time all customers speak english as well)
Arbeitsbedingungen
Depends where. The office in Wolfsburg is ok. When you sit at a customer office, nobody cares how your workplace looks like (though sometimes it is not nice at all)
Karriere/Weiterbildung
If you were put in the wrong project, you will not work with new technologies (that are needed in other Jobs).
