Formerly a good consulting company, brought to the verge of ruin

Hardly anything at the moment.

A company run on an authoritative way, which drew away the best people. At the moment, a wrack of a company, which used to be one of the better ones in Germany.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
This was one of the strongest PlanB. points back in the time. In the meantime, it is completely ruined, with mistrust against colleagues and against management.
Kommunikation
Non-existent. This is basically the reason why the work atmosphere is at such a low point. Intrigues are created from the very top, only "prepared" info on the need-to-know basis is communicated.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The colleagues are as usual in the consulting companies - some are fun to spend time with, some not so good. As expected.
Work-Life-Balance
No organized free time.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Very closed management circle, with authoritative management style. Only necessary info is communicated, with no room for discussions.
Gleichberechtigung
No women in the consulting in this company, some in the back office.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Working conditions in PlanB. Offices are good, but in customers' offices often insufficient with room and working conditions (sometimes 3-4 people on the same work desk).
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Hardly any (train is suggested as preferred transportation, but from another reasons).

Karriere/Weiterbildung
Everyone has to do his own thing, no organized carrier path building. Participation on the IT conferences is explicitly not supported (holidays must be taken, and costs privately covered to participate on the conference).
