I never thought I could feel relaxed in a job interview, but in PlanB they made it possible. My interview took place in a restaurant, speaking about technology, about projects, about my experience and, as I am not from Germany, about my future plans as well. It really seemed like I was speaking with my last workmates.
They told me during the dinner that I was perfect for the position, so they explained me the conditions, the good and the not so good points (they were absolutely sincere), and what was going to be my role in the company.
The result? Next week I will start to work for PlanB.
