Our product, ChoViva, is the world's first cocoa-free chocolate alternative offering a rich, chocolatey taste experience without using cocoa. Made from locally grown sunflower seeds and crafted through an innovative fermentation-like process, ChoViva delivers a velvety texture and familiar chocolate flavor while being significantly more climate-friendly. Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich die umweltfreundliche und nachhaltige Ausrichtung des Unternehmens, den guten Kollegenzusammenhalt sowie die offene und angenehme Arbeitsatmosphäre. Besonders schätze ich die Geduld beim Einarbeiten und Erklären sowie die guten Lern- und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten. Auch für ein Start-up gibt es bereits einige Benefits.
Was Mitarbeitende schlecht finden
Die interne Kommunikation ist schlecht. Es werden kaum echte Updates geteilt, und die stattfindenden Meetings wirken eher wie eine Möglichkeit für persönliche Selbstdarstellung als als Gelegenheit zum gemeinsamen Austausch.
Viele Mitarbeiter stehen häufig kurz vor dem Burnout, Work-Life-Balance existiert praktisch nicht, ebenso wenig wie Remote-Arbeit. Alles wirkt stark kontrolliert, und der Hauptgrund, im Büro zu sein, scheint genau das zu sein. Sie bieten zwar Mittagessen an, was als „Anreiz“ dient
Verbesserungspotenzial sehe ich vor allem bei den Benefits sowie bei den Karriere- und Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten. Für ein Start-up ist das aktuelle Angebot jedoch bereits eine gute Basis und kann sich mit der weiteren Entwicklung des Unternehmens noch verbessern.
Es gibt eine Office First Policy. Home Office geht zwar schon, wenn es wichtig ist, aber Fully Remote wird nicht groß geschrieben. Das muss einem bewusst sein.
