Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
There is a lot of flexibility to shape your position and working conditions. Official channels to, say, ordering hardware you need to be more productive, are never long and difficult.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
If you need a lot of existing structure and frameworks in place and don't like creating them yourself, this, and probably most companies of similar size, are not for you.

The mostly good ratings are within PLAYT.net — communication with the parent incubator is often fragmented and difficult. But it's good that the incubator units are empowered to be self-reliant in a lot of ways, and increasingly so.
