Real pride in our product and how it helps ecommerce sellers in Germany grow faster by making processes more efficient.
Close relationships with customers and partners who have worked with us for many years and built their business on the back of our technology.
Close-knit, supportive culture of smart people who know that success only comes from teamwork and collaboration across functions, plus strong personal relationships.
A leadership team that really cares for its employees and understands that the business succeeds or fails on the quality, motivation and effectiveness of its people. Monthly all hands calls that clearly lay out the vision for the business and how each function contributes to our success.
Lots of employee perks like working from anywhere in Europe for 4 weeks of the year without having to take it as holiday.
