- personal boundaries are disregarded and crossed
Arbeitsatmosphäre
stress, hate, exposure and to get yelled at is the agenda. pls don't work here if you want to maintain your mental health. Would give zero stars.
Kommunikation
Nightmare. Everything is in disarray, management changes its mind daily and blames communication problems on the employees. Because of this, there are very often problems with understanding that end in frustration and exposure. Would give zero stars.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
people there are very friendly and have great know-how about marketing, sadly they work for this company.
Work-Life-Balance
no work life balance, most people are forced to work 8+ plus. you get messages after your work time and everything has to be done immediately. if you have kids or a life besides work - get rid of it. Would give zero stars.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
I really wonder why no one talks about the bo**. Employees are insulted and exposed. it is clearly communicated that anyone who doesn't do exactly what they want has a big problem. micro management is a huge issue here. Would give zero stars.

zero - always the same tasks, new ideas are nipped in the bud. Creativity and innovation have no place here. Would give zero stars.

Among genders? yes. Among management and employees - hell no.

I have heard that some people from the management are allowed to continue their education, normal workers have never been offered this.
