Offen für Ideen, Eigenes Mitwirken an einem Unternehmen was ständig wächst und sich selbst optimiert. Investitionen werden getätigt. Vieles auf dem neusten Stand der Technik.

Habe ich nichts, da wir etwas auch ändern wenn es angesprochen wird.

What I like about the employer
Ich finde sehr positiv, dass jeder ernstgenommen und respektiert wird. Dabei ist der Stand im Unternehmen unrelevant.
Durch die Duz - Kultut herrscht eine entspannte und lockeren Stimmung, während die gegenseitige Anerkennung, Wertschätzung und der Teamgeist gestärkt wird und nicht untergeht.
Außerdem wird jedem Mitarbeiter Ausfstiegschancen geboten, die durch nötige Mittel gefördert werden.
Neben der flexiblen Arbeitszeit ist auch das Arbeiten von Zuhause erlaubt.
Zudem hat man als Azubi die Möglichkeit das ganze Unternehmen kennnenzulernen und abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben bzw. Projekte zu übernernemhen.

Working atmosphere
Arbeitsplätze werden so angeordnet, dass die Lieblinge immer bevorteilt werden. Der Rest darf bei 85 Dezibel und 40 Grad Dauer Belästigung arbeiten.
Leadership behavior
Das Vorgesetztenverhalten ist extrem negativ. Man wird tagtäglich als unintelligent dargestellt. Verbesserungsvorschläge werden nicht angenommen und sofort verworfen. Jegliche Verantwortung wird abgelehnt und auf die Mitarbeiter umgewälzt, Hauptsache der Vorgesetzte steht mit weißer Weste da.

Extrem laut und heiß. 85 Dezibel Dauerzustand, dazu kommen noch Stanzen usw. 40grad und mehr sind normale Dauer Temperatur.

Viel Kommunikation, ob nötig oder nicht.
