very transparent, especially when we have the monthly floor meeting. in that meeting everything is discussed with the employees Updates, revenue, personal changes, ideas and many things are transparently discussed there.

PRA has a special work atmosphere, so that starting from the first day you have the feeling that you were working with these people since years ago, very motivated, friendly people and everyone want to help you to integrate yourself very quick with their very positive society.

the flat hierarchy and open doors culture in PRA are the things which makes PRA a very special workplace for me and moreover the concept of using "DU" there proves for you the feeling that you all are on the same level with your colleagues and helps you to explore your thoughts no matter if private or related to work.

in every environment you will find the deference between mentalities and backgrounds but the good thing in PRA that the colleagues honest and open minded. One of the things I have learned in PRA people as well as from the management there, is to be always honest and not to be scared telling that you have done a mistake, since everything could be fixed in collaboration with my colleagues.

PRA were always adopting the concept of being "Employees comfort oriented" but in the COVID-19 Pandemic time PRA has proven that these were not only spoken words, but the employees have really the highest priority for the company.
