Einzigartig guter Zusammenhalt zwischen den Mitarbeitern, sehr freundschaftlich.
Knappe Mitarbeiterressourcen, daher viele Überstunden und kein Ausgleich dieser möglich.
Keine Wertschätzung der Mitarbeiter. Jeder MA ist austauschbar, dies wird in der Führungsriege und GF auch offen so kommuniziert. Langjährige Mitarbeiter werden knallhart abgesägt, teils mit fragwürdigen Mitteln.
Tolles Produkt, toller Aufgabenbereich. Jedoch wenig Abwechslung.
Die Kollegen sind toll, obwohl die Fluktuationsrate nicht höher sein könnte. Generell kleines Team, trotzdem sieht man die Geschäftsführer nie und man weis nicht, wann die Chefs da sind
