Sehr flexibel
pretend that communication and team spirit or even mental health among employees is a core value, while the reality is quite different
Supervisors and Management should receive training before put in their roles, as it requires a specific skill set and not everyone is qualified to be in such position
much criticism little praise
appearances are deceptive
the people not working in management positions are getting along very well
inappropriate communication towards employees, issues raised are either put off or ignored, no improvement even after feedback discussions, supervisors and management will make the companies ‘not so flat’ hierarchy clear again and again
Diversity
I had the opportunity to work at Pro Sky, and I must say that my experience there was less than satisfactory. The work environment can be described as toxic, where employees' efforts are rarely appreciated. Long hours are the norm. One of the most frustrating aspects is that the a certain % of overhours cannot be compensated with time off, which further adds to the feeling of being overworked and undervalued. The compensation for the workload is certainly not commensurate with the demands placed on employees, leaving many feeling underpaid for what they do.
I observed a concerning trend of coworkers experiencing burnout. What troubled me even more was the lack of communication within the company regarding these burnout cases. It's disheartening to see that while the company may have made some adjustments for those who experienced burnout, there was little to no effort made to address the root causes or implement preventative measures. The systems in use give off a distinctly outdated vibe, reminiscent of technology from the 1980s. In practice, much of the work still relies heavily on manual processes, a far cry from the modern technologies and innovation they boast.
