Verbesserungsvorschläge

I enjoyed working at ProGlove, there was a lot of great things done in the company. Management had changed quite often while I was there, that brought a lot of instability. I bet it’s better now.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

Office is big and not super nice but the atmosphere is great, collaboration wonderful

Work-Life-Balance

Well, scaling up is exhausting ;)

Hey there, former team member!

Thanks so much for the positive feedback! We're really happy to hear that you appreciated the work atmosphere and collaboration here - it shows our team truly sticks together.

We especially love that you highlighted the open communication and honest feedback. That's exactly what we want to be: creating an environment where everyone feels comfortable and can achieve great things together.

We take your point about work-life balance during our scaling phase seriously. Growth definitely brings challenges, and we're continuously working on creating a good balance, even during intense times.

It's wonderful that you had such a positive experience at ProGlove. If you have any other thoughts or suggestions, we'd love to hear from you.
