They look after staff very well. During Corona they have worked hard to keep us all safe. Separating the teams to ensure less chance of being exposed, They have given us several different reusable face masks during this time and even ones to give to our partners to keep them safe. They have also provided more cleaning facilities and specific rules to ensure safety.
Constant growth and development. Ideas are heard on all levels of the company. Good balance between the experience and start up ideas. Great people within the company.

Dishonest administration, lies and excuses not to pay honestly earned salary
An sich nichts, ein Kritikpunkt wäre nur zb dass das Unternehmen gerade im Wechsel von Startup zu 'etabliertem' Unternehmen ist und man sich deshalb gerade ein bisschen neu finden muss.

Manny things need to be done by self-learning, which takes time and effort, and the energy could be invested elsewhere.
