The fast pace at which ProGlove is moving can be felt through many new challenging projects and objectives coming up at work. The learning curve and responsibilities one can take are high. The fast pace also brings some organisational and communication challenges, but improvements can be seen daily. The team is composed by very smart, fun, and motivated people from diverse backgrounds who are passionate about the products and company they are building. Colleagues respect each other, communication is open, ideas are heard and questions are welcome. The atmosphere at the office is friendly and professional.
