They look after staff very well. During Corona they have worked hard to keep us all safe. Separating the teams to ensure less chance of being exposed, They have given us several different reusable face masks during this time and even ones to give to our partners to keep them safe. They have also provided more cleaning facilities and specific rules to ensure safety.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Great atmosphere within the team. The company encourages this with regular team days and also with monthly company meals. During the Corona time the company has supported this by actively finding ways to keep us safe.
Kommunikation
Staff have weekly meetings and provides information about what is needed at different times. They have also shared with us updates as soon as they could about how the Corona is effecting work and how they are striving to fix any issues.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The team work really well together and even with many different nationalities in the team there are no issues. Even during Corona it has brought staff together more to work like a family.
Work-Life-Balance
the company are very supportive of working times giving the staff the chance to vote on working hours and patterns. This changed slightly during Corona with the fact the teams cannot meet to reduce the chance of contamination of staff. The company gave staff the chance to vote on changes and allowed us to work together well.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
The Supervisors here are amazing. They lead by example, they are always involved in problem solving and help drive the team forward with their ongoing support.
Interessante Aufgaben
being a production department the tasks can be very repetitive but the company are very good at changing staff around so they will do different tasks each week to keep them interested and the engineering team keep the production team involved in new projects allowing for a nice change to the normal.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Older colleagues here are great as they are very supportive and passionate about the company so keep people motivated and help them find solutions to any issues.
Arbeitsbedingungen
The working conditions are ok. The lights arent the best and can cause headaches and the air conditioning is not very good as just circulates the air but there are many windows which allow a lot of light in and open to let in fresh air.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
The company are working to reduce their waste and also reduce the amount of single use plastics used.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
The salary is ok it could be better. The company are working on that at the moment though.

The company image is very good within the company as outside. Staff are happy with things.

The company have just introduced a new staffing scheme which gives staff a better view on how the can further themselves in the job and supports staff to improve themselves.
