Diverse and young team with a fascinating culture that will definetly grow on you
We need more office dogs
Parties, lunches and get togethers always makes a stronger more connected team, keep up the good work
Innovation and passion are a great deal, help is always available whenever needed which makes it a great environment to learn and perform
Flexible working hours and you’re always trusted to get shit done
Although the company is rapidly growing and new faces are constantly arriving, it always feels like a big family
Appreciated feedbacks and colleages willingless to help if needed
Office layout makes everyone approachable, regular meetings and standups allow team members to be updated regularly
Always working on coming up with new and innovative solutions which makes it always fun and challenging
Proglove is an own world with a fascinating culture. The people are doing a great job and you can learn a lot about the logistics and production industry.
Although having great advisors, senior people are missing at some point to give some guidance in everyday work. Manny things need to be done by self-learning, which takes time and effort, and the energy could be invested elsewhere. Therefore, as a company Proglove needs to reinvent the "wheel" at manny points, which is not aimed for the target.
Keep on with the parties, Paul.
Passioned people paired with a playground let's you develop and implement things on your own responsibility. Reflecting and valuable feedback from colleges encourages a steep learning curve.
Flexible working times/days and on trust based holiday policy. Home-office for deep concentration times would be a good option from time to time.
Argued transparency and lacking communication caused some misunderstanding. Later the level was risen to an startup-like compensation.
Encouraging and funny team!
No old colleagues during my time.
Enjoyed every feedback and appreciated the freedom given.
It got pretty full at the end (old office at Ostabahnhof) and desk etc. are basic. However, it was sufficient to work.
Friday meetings and open communication with heads and founders created transparency.
Pick a problem and solve it on your own. Don't wait for it, be proactive and it will be appreciated.
We learn from our mistakes and grow/learn as a team
It should be made clearer who is responsibile for what task because it would make it easier to communicate any challenges or ideas to the right person quickly.
Open office makes you feel unified and that everyone is approachable for questions or ideas
I love the work-life balance here. I could work a really long day one day and then may have to leave early another. That is no problem here. Once you get you reponsibilties and tasks done then the other time is spent chatting and enjoying each others company.
We do our best to recycle!
Although in a start-up, progression or opportuntities tp progress are unknown. At ProGlove, if they like your work ethic and attitude to the job they will do they best to extend your contract.
I have been here 3 months and I think I have had lunch alone about 4 times. No one is left alone and we get to meet new people twice a month with our mystery lunch idea.
Although we are a relatively young team, if you are fun, hardworking, open to making mistakes and comfortable with working with little barriers or strict rules then age isn't an issue
I am an intern and I have alreadx had meetings with the 'Heads' about my ideas and what we could do better. They welcomed my ideas and made me improve them
Great pay for Interns!!!
I have my main tasks but also allowed to work with other departments on other projects to avoid repetition
Many, different and responsible tasks; great colleagues; hands-on mentality; fresh fruits and snacks every day
Sense of humor, lots of opportunities to work on your own ideas/projects, (which will benefit and stay in the company in the long run), flexible working hours, they stick to good concepts of finding solutions like "Design thinking"
The company has a relaxed but productive atmosphere. The employees show can-do, go-the-extra-mile and win-win attitudes. People are always energetic and in a good mood. The whole team is very passionate about the product.
As a Start Up company, they offer a very good and fair salary range. Salaries are always paid on time, sometimes even before the end of the month.
very friendly colleagues, everyone has a sense of humor, which makes the company culture unique. Some teams have a high sense of empowerment, which is really admirable.
The many different cultures, they have snacks
How they treat you, expensive parking lot. And that they promised me to be part of the industrial revolution when I really just got a hoodie.
Improve the leaders, take care of opinions, don't promise something that you don't want to keep, be more transparent
It depends on the department. As it is a huge new open office the social interaction is very.. Weird. The older colleagues have it way easier than the new ones and if you have a question, EVERYONE can hear it. As the current situation is not the best, the atmosphere tells the rest of the story. From time to time it is pretty nice, most of the time it feels weird.
Image is better than reality. The idea behind the company is good, but it seems like it is not finding the way to live. Its lacking authenticity
As the holidays are based on trust and the working hours are also flexible, this is something good, but you have to get used to, if you are familiar with straight rules
Well, they company's mentality is based on post it's, they started separating the trash 3 months ago.
They said there are trainings, but I don't know how they are, never received one.
This also depends on the department. Some teams work autonomously and as a force. Other teams are just groups working in the same direction. It could be much better. With almost 130 people in the company the goal to be "one big family" can't be reached.
There are a FEW people who count as leaders and take responsibility for their teams, unfortunately most of the "heads" don't have what it takes to be in that position. Very unsatisyfing.
From what I experienced, advices are ignored, opinions are heard but left behind and then someone else is blamed for the outcome.
They improved their office as they moved to a new one. Unfortunately the toilets have annoying flies and no one seems responsible for that.
The laptops are current Gen technology, mouse, keyboard is basically the cheap basics.
Chairs and desks are also new but parts of them are already broken or built up the wrong way
Light, air and so on is good.
That is a huge disappointment, because: if you want something, make an appointment. There are a lot of "one man shows", and people who think their stuff is #1 priority. It happens a lot that you get promised something and afterwards it is the other way around. Communication ends in a lot of unsolved conflicts. Also there are a lot of people doing very hard work to achieve their goals and end up without any sign of appreciation, because someone higher in the team will take credits for it.
Payment is good, unfortunately no sign of bonus
This is just not the case, even though interns have a lot of responsibilities, other departments are not treated that good. It seems like it is based on sympathy.
You need to look for the interesting stuff. Part of it is very satisfying because it can be something new, sometimes it's the same stuff over and over again, but on post it's.

So verdient kununu Geld.
