I have been working at Pyrexx GmbH for about three months, and overall my experience so far has been very positive.

From the beginning, the onboarding was well structured, and I felt welcomed by the team. My colleagues are supportive and easy to approach, which made it simple to settle into the role and understand the workflows.

The work itself is interesting, and I’ve been trusted with meaningful tasks early on, which I really appreciate. It has helped me learn quickly and grow in my role.

So far, communication and some internal processes could be smoother, especially for new joiners, but this is something that can naturally improve over time.

Overall, I’m happy to be part of the team and look forward to continuing to grow at Pyrexx GmbH.
