A bunch of unprofessional Qualcomm (Arriver) employees.
After online technical Interview with a bored Frenchman and a Spaniard, they invited me to their office in north Munich. There they acted in the same bored and unprofessional manner. 5 people interviewed me, telling what career and experience they have, one guy from there wanted to yodel for no reason, and almost all of them exposed their megalomaniac view by working at Qualcomm.
After this shameful presentation, I responded to some questions form my CV and followed a thechnical "written" interview. I resolved some programming and vehicle networking questions, without any problem. After solving them, they took a minute to compare the results, and they shook their heads between them in sign that they are agree upon the results. After that the bored Frenchman and Spaniard took me to a another room where some cars were tested. Asked me to solve a specific linux task and other questions like if I am willing to use my strenght to modify their cars using the specific workshop tools. I have seen clearly that their technical capabilities were almost null.
They also asked me if I speak german in a very arrogant manner and I responded that I can speak 4 languages and german is one of them.
I tried to maintain a professional chat but they seemed to be very rude even at my willingness to talk more about the company history (Autoliv-Veoneer-Arriver so on).
During those two Interviews I have meet one of the most unprofessional peoples of my life. Characteristic for their thick-skinned behaviour (à la peau épaisse/) and not even the smallest interesst for their job.
These kind of relic people I hope to remain there and not to expose and transmit their dumbness further.

Das persönliche Vorstellungsgespräch (inkl. Präsentation mit Folienvorbereitung als Hausaufgabe) fand fast nach 3 Monaten nach meiner Bewerbung statt.
Nach weitere 3 Monate seit dem Vorstellungsgespräch habe ich immer noch kein Feedback bekommen. Meine Nachfragen per Email wurden ignoriert.
