Often times the teams are asked for their opinion but then the management decides differently. I understand they might be forced to do so and also have to weight other considerations but in such cases I would appreciate an explanation why.

Great compared to others. I have worked in other German kindergartens before (both public and private) and I like about rainbowtrekkers that I am valued. Also comparatively less stress than elsewhere.
