Toxisch, Manipulativ und stilles Mobbing stehen sehr hoch im Kurs. Wenn „Fehler“ gemacht werden, wird man mit Verachtung und Ignoranz bestraft. Eine Führungskraft sollte immer die erste Anlaufstelle für die Mitarbeiter sein und nicht total genervt oder von „Mutti-Ersatz“ sprechen. Man kann nur Fehler machen!
Es werden bei den MA über andere MA hergezogen, Vertrauen sollte man in der Firma niemandem
