Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Its actually a small/middle-size company within the Raytheon Group which can operate quite flexible. -- Mgmt. has a transparent leadership style,
- Workload is interesting and challenging,
- Nice colleagues
- Very good work&life balance (although there is no regular home-office option)
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Its mother company makes it, which is siutated in the defense industry, puts processes and restrictions on Raytheon Professional Services GmbH which are overengeneered and often tiresome.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
- Home office and/or mobile office option should be put in place.
- Reduce processes dictated by the US mother.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Its fine. People are 90% relaxed.
Image
Defense companies will never have a great image. Nevertheless, RPS has almost nothing in common with its mother and deserves a much better image.
Work-Life-Balance
Mgmt. regularly encourages people to leave early and implemented Health Trainings etc. Very good.

Considering its a small/middle-size company the carrier perpective is good.
