Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

The company is super multicultural and some projects appear very attractive. People in general are great. So I suppose the hiring process is very effective in getting the right talents. I love the fact I can speak many languages inside the company.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

I still pretty much dislike our office decoration and facilities. some major improvement in relax room and conditioning. high temperatures in the rooms. nobody like to use the conditioning which is totally ineffective and ended up having a lot of people sick, bad coffee machines or bad coffee.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Inability to retain employers, competition is high and sometimes other companies are willing to persuade more to talented employees. If an employee can find a similiar o better working environment for a litte bit more in his contract. The chances are higher for he/she to leave.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

Not very connected with people with long experience in the company.

Salaries are pretty standard and chances to get other company paying more for you is high.

Not sure about it. But in general it is hard to explain to people in the outside what 3DExcite does.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

People are in the same positions for many years, so I guess that the possibility to stagnate professionally is high for people who maybe want to jump into different areas.
