Try to keep the older employee in the company... Pay a proper salary, that reflects the seniority and the effort each individual put in his job. No one care so far, that is demotivating and sad.
Do lesson learned sessions... and really learn from them. Don't do the same mistakes over and over... that's just frustrating.

air condition barely works, in a room with 14 people and even more workstations...

In the company for more than 3 years... there is now people that joined later than me with less seniority and now they earn more then me, because I have an old contract and there is no room for negotiation... just unfair.
