Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Accept a job in this company and be not-so-very-pleasantly surprised by their HR tactics. They love to have as many employees as possible on temporary contracts. You'll see many colleagues leaving after a year, max. two when their contracts expire. This company isn't afraid to use some nasty tricks to let you go. Their latest tricks include giving people bad performance evaluations, so they can get rid of the expensive (experienced) workers and hire replacements in India.

Thank you for your feedback and I am very sorry, that you have this feelings about 3DEXCITE.

Please let me clarify that we want to keep our employees as long as possible and temporary contracts are only used in our project based departments due to the business. It is our goal for all temporary contracts to change them to permanent as long as the employee wishes this and his performance is accordingly.

Also I am very sorry that you feel like we are using nasty tricks. We try to communicate all our decisions very transparently in all ways and give employees many chances to address their questions.
