Things like AR, AI und Virtual sounds gereat to you and not only the final output but how to get there to support clients and partners to fulfill their digital journey, than join!
3DEXCITE is in fill transformation to make out of a service organisation a software one. This is very exiting, the team are fully motivated to make a change and difference.
Accept a job in this company and be not-so-very-pleasantly surprised by their HR tactics. They love to have as many employees as possible on temporary contracts. You'll see many colleagues leaving after a year, max. two when their contracts expire. This company isn't afraid to use some nasty tricks to let you go. Their latest tricks include giving people bad performance evaluations, so they can get rid of the expensive (experienced) workers and hire replacements in India.
Colleagues, interesting client projects to work on, mostly relaxed atmosphere (no Siezen or dress code).
Lack of established processes in some of the newer accounts leads to mess that you can easily be blamed for alone, lack of communication leads to further mess, lack of trust leads to you feeling that you're not valued, micro management makes you to give up own initiative and just do what you're told, lack of investment in office environment makes it a dull place to work in.
I had some very nice and friendly people to work with, but at times some individuals with their unprofessional behaviour can make this company a nasty place to work at.
Every now and then there are work-related evening events that you have a feeling you should attend. Doing an 8-to-5 isn't enough to show you're truly committed.
OK salary, but e.g. team buildings are only empty promises.

I experienced high levels of distrust (e.g. when I needed to run errands) from my manager especially in the beginning of my employment. At times they treat even experienced professionals with high work ethics like some interns. Otherwise the atmosphere was nice and relaxed.
A hot office in the summer, fans keep temperatures barely bearable. This company doesn't invest in making office conditions nice. Coffee rooms aren't cozy (in some floors there actually aren't even any coffee rooms) walls need painting, there are very few plants, desk lights dim Ikea items, etc. As a summary, from the lack of investment in the office environment you get a feeling that they don't care how the working conditions make you feel, the most important thing seems to be minimal costs.
Communication in projects relied mostly on ad-hoc verbal communication and/or Skype chats instead of regular project meetings. Line managers are middle men between Project Managers and project team members, making you feel that you're not a trusted professional.

Es wurde zumindest versucht, mit Mitarbeiter-Events eine bessere Stimmung zu schaffen. Diese haben aber im Laufe der Jahre stark an Qualität und Umfang abgenommen.
Der Herangehensweise in vielerlei Aspekten. Mit falschen Versprechungen werden viele geködert, mit Geld dann so lange wie möglich gehalten. Wie sich gezeigt hat, waren aber die mit Abstand Wenigsten mehr als 3 Jahre im Unternehmen.
Die Eingewöhnung in neue Unternehmen dauert seine Zeit - die sollte man seinen Mitarbeitern auch geben.
Die Atmosphäre in den Teams muss dringend besser werden. Hier werden die Ellenbogen ausgefahren und jeder ist sich selbst der nächste. Das mag auch an der deutlich zu hohen Arbeitsbelastung liegen, durch die kaum noch jemand dazu kommt, sich mit anderen auszutauschen oder sich gegenseitig zu unterstützen.

The company is super multicultural and some projects appear very attractive. People in general are great. So I suppose the hiring process is very effective in getting the right talents. I love the fact I can speak many languages inside the company.
I still pretty much dislike our office decoration and facilities. some major improvement in relax room and conditioning. high temperatures in the rooms. nobody like to use the conditioning which is totally ineffective and ended up having a lot of people sick, bad coffee machines or bad coffee.
Inability to retain employers, competition is high and sometimes other companies are willing to persuade more to talented employees. If an employee can find a similiar o better working environment for a litte bit more in his contract. The chances are higher for he/she to leave.
Not sure about it. But in general it is hard to explain to people in the outside what 3DExcite does.
People are in the same positions for many years, so I guess that the possibility to stagnate professionally is high for people who maybe want to jump into different areas.
Salaries are pretty standard and chances to get other company paying more for you is high.

3DEXCITE gives you an opportunity to take matters into your own hands and work on challenging projects. I personally enjoy the working atmosphere here, because although the projects can be quite demanding, we still have fun in the process.
There is a good mentality for discussions and decisions are usually made in consensus. The management team will share progress and the state of the art with the company through internal meetings on a very regular basis, encouraging participation and discussion.
The company also endorses fitness and healthy habits by providing fresh fruits for all employees, which for me is also a big plus.
Implementing new processes can be time consuming and should be sped up. Meeting culture can be improved in some areas.
I experience a very encouraging environment. With the right level of "proactivity" you can achieve great things in this company. People who rather like to wait and sit, until someone comes along with a challenging task, may not be happy here.
Management decisions on a larger scale could sometimes be communicated in a clearer language and a more timely manner, but in general my management always made huge efforts in keeping everyone in the loop.
