Disapointment - you are coming to germany to have better working conditions. No paid overtime and saturday work. Businesstravelling on low level with train and bus. Top managers and frontdesk-ladies have to perform crew changes without bonus. Working time not flexible. Holidays applications are accepted last minute after hard negotiations. Holidays in the contract are agreed as calenderdays not working days.
