Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Drinking water was provided for free most of the times. Some machines goes bad but still manageable. You just have to go to different floors or buildings. Thanks for water and expensive small portion food in the canteen.

Work-Life-Balance
The department I was working for had too much work always with no resources at all. I had some friends in other departments and they had the same issues. You end up thinking about these things even after working for 8 long hours. Flex time is a joke here. You are expected to start at 7:30 else you will be questioned by some narrow minded people. Home office is a night mare because no one trusts you and on top of that some of them passes a comment that you sleep during home office.

Managers/supervisors either leave the company soon or go to other positions and it is very unstable. Some lead and managers are very unprofessional and no experience to lead/manage team. Also, 0 expertise on the topics they are working on.
Interessante Aufgaben
You are hired to do task A and you will be forced to do all other tasks except task A. If someone leaves the company, you will be forced to take up his tasks but they never look for someone to fill in the position for a long time. After completing a few years of good education and lot of hard work, you join here to do irrelevant tasks
