What I like about the employer

Friendly team and great colleagues
Flexible working hours and home office

What I dislike about the employer

Sometimes slow decision-making
Limited visibility on career growth
Benefits are not as competitive as in other companies

Suggestions for improvement

Make internal communication more transparent and timely
Provide clear training plans and defined career paths
Improve environmental practices and workspace ergonomics

Working atmosphere

Most managers are open to feedback and try to support their teams. However, some decisions could be communicated with more transparency.

Communication

Communication is okay but sometimes delayed. Some decisions could be shared earlier or explained better

Collegiality

Very good teamwork! Everyone helps each other, especially in stressful times. Team spirit is a real strength here

Work-Life Balance

Flexible working hours and home office help balance work and private life. Sometimes it gets stressful during peak periods

Leadership behavior

Most managers are supportive, but experiences vary depending on the business unit. For example, BU3 has a strong and fair leadership approach, while in BU1, management can sometimes act more defensively or even against team members. Some decisions also lack transparency. However, in general, feedback is welcome and accepted

Interesting tasks

The tasks are mostly interesting and relevant. There is a good mix of technical challenges and coordination work. Depending on the project or customer, you can learn a lot and take responsibility. However, some repetitive tasks do exist, especially during certain phases

Equality

Equal treatment is practiced. I haven’t experienced or seen any discrimination in BU3 only

Interaction with older colleagues

Older colleagues are valued and often seen as mentors

Working conditions

Modern tools are provided. The office is okay, but ergonomics could be improved

Environmental and social responsibility

The company shows some awareness of environmental and social responsibilities, but it's not a major focus. For example, there are basic practices like recycling and digital documentation, but no clear sustainability goals or green initiatives are actively promoted across departments

Salary/Social benefits

Salary is fair compared to the market, but raises and bonuses could be more transparent.

Image

The internal perception is better than the external one. Within the industry, the company has a good reputation.

Career/Professional development

Training is possible if you ask for it, but there's no structured path. You need to take initiative.
