Arbeitsatmosphäre
Cold and uninspiring working atmosphere, in which only mistakes are seen and no personal effort is recognized. The tasks are very boring and the project ideas are repeated over and over again, since the same ideas are always played through. It feels like time has stood still.
Work-Life-Balance
A work-life balance is difficult because it is always assumed that employees work longer than contractually agreed. There are also not really flexible working hours and it feels like all the employees are there all the time.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
The management seems to have their favorite employees and avoid the rest. There is either no communication at all or if so, then only very non-transparent and top-down.
Arbeitsbedingungen
I personally found the working atmosphere very depressive. It really hits mentally after some time.
Kommunikation
The communication within the team is good and collegial - but the communication with the management is really toxic and totally outdated for an architect's office in an european metropolis.
Interessante Aufgaben
I found the tasks very uninteresting because, as mentioned above, the same ideas from the 90s are repeated over and over again. They are instilled in the employees almost like a mantra.
