I love that we can freely communicate between each other and no one is seen as higher standing and none approachable. We are definitely - all for one and one for all - best team ever. Company gives so much to its employees - holiday incentives, company events in UK, gym membership, flexi-time, free coffee/ tee, fruit.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Atmosphere is great, everyone helping each other, we have the music on and its is very motivating to be in.

Very direct, everyone is there for each other.

Best team I have ever had. We do a lot of things outside work too (gym, going out etc).
Work-Life-Balance
We work 40h week, have a beer o'clock every Friday, our birthday is an extra holiday.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
In any situation I can approach our Director in order to get help, tips. No need to make an appointment and wait for days. We have flat hierarchy.
Interessante Aufgaben
Everyday is completely from the day before. We work hard, however, we all know what we work for and what we will get when the goals are reached - provision, promotion, holiday trips etc
Arbeitsbedingungen
We all have desks that can be transformed in standing desks. Laptop, telephone .. everything we need in order to be successful is there.
