No loyalty points for being with the company in ups and downs. Eventually, company higher officials will do the easiest way (Lay-Off) for positive figures.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Been working here since 2018 as Intern, Thesis Student, ANÜ (with two different companies) and yet got layed off because the permanent employees had no other projects/work. So ll the figures they talking in their annual results is kind of shady.
