Good location in the central of Berlin.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Managment is incredibly unprofessional and intentionally vague / misleading.
Extreme Nepotism. Certain unskilled managers are in the wrong positions just because they are the Boss sisters or cousins.
Toxic environment, no respect the employees, everyone is literally just looking out for themselves.
Salaries are extremely low, only 20 vacation days.
People is leaving the company every week, no steady employees left.

Solve the corruption internally, break the cycle of family business, and promote the right people.
