Some colleagues really had good heart, but the company exploits too much.

Their mentality and exploitation. Paying the minimum wage with the minimum vacation days acceptable per law and expecting people to work like if it was the best company to work for...... despicable. Management even is malicious to put colleagues against each other, in sabotage style with lies of possible promotion. Even worse, promising salary increase and giving peanuts to extra hard working colleagues. It is a shame.

The minimum to be able to work. When the pandemic started, the management was against people working from home. There was barely a strategy to allow people to work in safe distance in an open office.

They do not even separate the garbage for recycling.

Paying below the market. The bonus at the end of the year is based on how friendly you are to management, not about as good as you performed.
