Verbesserungsvorschläge
- Try to have a precise idea of the Job you are hiring for.
- Do not contact someone for a Job, but interview this person for another job suddenly.
- Be at least professional, and call back your candidates after the 3rd interview when you promise it, even if it is a negative Feedback.
- HR process should be tracked, so that they can precisely inform candidate and respond to the plan they gave!

Pretty surprised during the interview, that Samsung ask about the General procedures and contractual conditions of their competitors… But accept when candidate answers that these confidential informations will stay confidential...
