Many assessment centers to be able to move up positions only to prove on paper what everyone knows you're already capable of doing.... This is not very inclusive.. some people has exam anxiety and this leads them to fail and cannot move up!

A change/improvement within the ELT way of working and their relationship would have great impact on the performance of the company and this in turn would improve our way of working across the company and departments.

not in all departments but definitely really good within customer services and many other areas
Work-Life-Balance
I have 2 small children and hold a very good position working part time and everybody respects that without any issues or questions
Arbeitsbedingungen
meeting rooms need improvement but office space is fairly good

I personally am proud of working in this company but as an overall for all other colleagues I would say a 4 star is more appropriate
