Not the best atmosphere - Something to work on.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Started good, then went down each day. Hotel was built as foreign friendly for employees, however in some cases, the lack of knowledge of German law was used by management against their foreign staff.
Moreover, management was not resistant on handling stressful situations between them, what leaded on taking a pain on employees by, for example, mean comments.

It was a very good collaboration between F&B and reception teams, which in most of the cases ended up in friendships
Work-Life-Balance
Schedules were put very often in the inconvenient way. Happened few times that had 8 days in a row, or had shifts in a different day time in one week without a longer break between them. At some time there were not enough staff and shifts had to be covered, I usually covered it but after refusing it only once due to my private plans on my day off I was asked for explanation why couldn't I do it, which I found inappropriate.
Most of the mandatary staff meeting were on my days off, which didn't make it off anymore.
At the end, felt like always working.
