Scope Ratings is a market challenger, and therefore has many projects underway. Every day is different and I continuously learn something new. Product and service, department specific and compliance training is thorough and regular. Colleague cooperation and community-building through internal and external tasks and events is very welcoming and friendly. The employee population is refreshingly international. I am given diverse responsibilities and feel respected, even though my position is junior. Scope is centrally located on Berlin's Potsdamer Platz and in Frankfurt's Eurotheum building.
As opposed to the rating industry's oligopolists, Scope is relatively new to the market and it sometimes can be difficult to acquire clients in select sub-markets. If you are motivated, this shouldn't be a problem though.
Continue investing more into staff, especially in business development, marketing and analysis.
