As the title reads, salaries are good and tasks are interesting. However, when an employee asks for a clear career path, there is heavy prejudice towards foreigners and no equality is maintained between Germans and outsiders.
There needs to be a stronger focus on getting the work culture less toxic.

Career progression is heavily political. The more an employee disturbs the management, the more attention and focus is given. This sends a bad message to employees who work diligently and calmly.

thank you for your open feedback. First of all we are glad to know you enjoyed your interesting tasks and appreciated the high compensation level as well as the work-life balance.
However, we are confused about your comment regarding the career possibilities based on the nationality. We are not agree with it and want to emphasize, that your assumption does not apply to SEG.
SEG Automotive is a multicultural Company. We are a great team of many different nationalities from all over the world, working very closely together in a very friendly environment.
Our management teams and key positions are represented by colleagues of different nationalities, such as e. g. Brazil, India, Irak, Turkey, from countries of East and West Europe and many others.
Motivation, technical and personal skills of a person are the main criteria for making a career at SEG Automotive. No national, gender or religious criteria matter.
