Der Fisch stinkt vom Kopf und der Kopf wirkt fachlich und kommunikativ nicht professionell. Das fällt auf. Von uns Consultants wird verlangt, dass wir uns so weiterbilden, dass das Unternehmen zukunftsfähig bleibt. Das möchte ich auch dem Top Management raten. Das Fachwissen der Consultants oder die wirtschaftliche Lage ist nicht das einzige Problem.
