As the team grows, I would keep investing in occasional in-person meetups, because they add something that video calls can't fully replace. Otherwise: keep the current flexibility exactly as it is.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
In my experience the atmosphere is relaxed and genuinely supportive. Mistakes get treated as something to learn from rather than something to hide, and I never feel like I have to perform a certain image to fit in. Even fully remote, I feel part of the day-to-day.

Colleagues speak positively about the company outside of work, which I think says a lot. My impression is that the external image and the internal reality match up well.

This is where I personally benefit the most. Remote work and flexible hours are treated as normal, not as a favour, and I can arrange my day around when I actually work best.

The remote setup alone saves a lot of commuting, which I consider a real contribution. Overall I have the impression that the company thinks about the effects of how it works, not just about output.

There is real room to develop. I'm encouraged to learn new things and to grow into new areas, and development is discussed as an ongoing topic rather than once a year.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The willingness to help each other out is one of the strongest points for me. When something is urgent, people jump in without being asked or worrying about whose task it technically is. I've never had the feeling of competing against my own colleagues.

I feel taken seriously. Feedback goes in both directions, my opinion is asked for on things that concern my work, and I'm trusted to get results without anyone checking in on me hourly. Criticism is delivered constructively and in private.
Arbeitsbedingungen
As a remote employee I'm well equipped and have everything I need to work properly. Tools and processes are modern, and if something is missing, it gets sorted out without a lengthy discussion.
Kommunikation
I find communication clear and quick. Decisions are explained rather than just announced, and I usually know why something is changing before it affects my work. Questions get answered fast, which matters a lot when you're not in the same room.
Gehalt/Benefits
I consider my salary fair for my role and the industry, and the flexibility on top of it has genuine value for me.
Gleichberechtigung
From what I can see, people are judged by their work. I haven't observed anyone being treated differently because of gender, background or personal circumstances, and that's reflected in how the team is put together.
Interessante Aufgaben
The tasks are varied and I get room to take on things that stretch me. I'm not stuck repeating the same routine every week, and if I show interest in a topic, there's a real chance I'll get to work on it.
