Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
SIDES has a great working atmosphere, with friendly and supportive colleagues who are always willing to help each other, even across different departments.
The company is willing to invest in its people, and if you work hard and show ownership, there are good opportunities to grow and take the next step in your career. The overall company goals and direction are clear, which helps everyone understand what they are working towards.
Compensation is fair, and the commission structure is above market standard. Overall, SIDES is a great place to work for ambitious people who want to develop themselves and contribute to the company’s growth.
