Extremely disappointing experience with this dealership.
After purchasing a high-value vehicle, the car has now been immobilized in Portugal for more than 3 months because the dealership lost the vehicle documents. Throughout this entire period, there has been a serious lack of responsibility, communication, and professionalism.
No concrete solution has been provided, and no compensation whatsoever has been offered for the financial and psychological damages caused. As a customer, I expected a completely different level of service and support from a company of this size and reputation.
Unfortunately, this experience has been stressful, financially damaging, and far below acceptable standards. I sincerely regret choosing this dealership and would strongly advise future customers to think carefully before doing business here.
