Hire and Fire Mentalität vom Feinsten, bereits besetzte Stellen werden weiter ausgeschrieben (es werden auch "Einstellungsgespräche" geführt) um eine "Pipeline" zu haben und die Leute weiter unter Druck setzten zu können. Jeden Monate gehen mindestens 1-2 Leute (eher mehr)
Im Vertrieb herrscht eine Drückermentalität, man kommt sich vor als ob man Abonnements vertreibt, das einzige was zählt sind Verträge und Calls.
Bei allen Fehlern und Unzulänglichkeiten wird sich immer mit "Wir sind ja noch ein Start-Up" herausgeredet (nach 3 Jahren :-)).
Office ist ein schlechter Witz, mit Betonfussböden (schallt schön), IKEA-Schreibtischen, absolut sinnlos verteilten WC's und im Hochsommer locker 30 Grad. Personalmanagement und Einstellungsgespräche werden von ehemaligen Praktikanten durchgeführt. Absolut kein Teamfeeling, jeder hat nur Angst um seinen Job. Höhere Vorgesetzenebene ist absolut unansprechbar, scheinbar zu cool für das niedere Fussvolk. Informationen über die Company etc. gibt es überhaupt nicht.
Jeder muss mindestens von 09.00 - 18.00 Uhr im Office sein (bzw. lieber länger), Gleitzeit, Homeoffice, Überstundenausgleich sind unbekannt, genauso wie ordentliche Hotels mit Frühstück oder eine Taxifahrt zum Flughafen bei Dienstreisen. Wer pünktlich geht, wird dumm angequatscht.
Versprechungen aus dem Vorstellungsgespräch (Bonus etc.) sind absolut illusorisch.
Stellt bitte nur noch Praktikanten, Berufsanfänger und Berlin-Neulinge ein, und versucht nicht, erfahrene Leute mit Ansprüchen und Familie in Eure Company zu locken. Achja und die Bewertungen von Bewerbern und Schülpraktikanten hier bei Kununu sind auch sinnfrei.

No communication and no genuineness.
It is still a start up, they wanna see you working longer than 6 pm. It's not a 9-5 job.
The team is cool, the people are nice and helpful.
The bosses are not talking to you. If you are not involved in the important procedure in the company. In further times was some feedback, now nobody knows what will happen next. Most of the employees are insecure....
They gave you almost everything what you want. The HR ladies trying their best and making you feel comfortable from the beginning.
As i sad before, no communication between the management and the employees... You get the "news" from the colleagues, not from your boss.
It's a very nice place. People are friendly (really friendly) and always ready to help you. Even if it's a insurance agency, they try to be as customerfriendly as possible. Everyday you learn a lot of different and interesting things. You never get bored and the HR team is puctual and simply amazing
They could bring fruits in the morning for all employees, but except from this there is nothing to change.
Just go on like this.
The location and the office are good.
The atmosphere is sluggish. No career opportunities.
Change the attitude towards the employee and develop a culture that makes sence.

The work is very exausting because of the pressure. If you leave at 18 then your are not commited enough. Also, you can get a free meal after 19.
Vacation requests are accepted/discarded based on the day's mood.
There are team events 2-4 times a year. However, every event is about drinking alcohol.
No programs for career. If you want to learn something new you can do it in your free time.
Some are good, and some very hard to work with due to incompetence. Talks behind the back are usual.
Based on the department it's different. However, the team lead of the IT is ignorant to you as an employee. You are working always bad and not working hard enough, disregarding the achievements. Motivation is your own business.
Open office, sometimes it get's noisy. There are mac's and pc's with a 23' monitor. Lunch possibilities are very limited.
Comminication is good. There are meetings every week. You can go to each colleague for a chat or to a dinner.
Salary is low to average. No bonus, even if you do overtime.
Some are more preferred and have a better status regardig the personal relation to the team lead.
The tasks are good, sometimes boring.

Bleibt so wie Ihr seid :)
Alles entspannt und sehr Team orientiert
Multikulti und daher sehr spannend um z.B. sein Englisch aufzufrischen
Immer ein offenes Ohr für Verbesserungsvorschläge und Ideen
Mitten im Herzen von Berlin besser gehts nicht ;)
Häufige Meetings lassen einen auf den neusten Stand bringen und werden auch regelmäßig ausgeführt.
Über Geld spricht man nicht ;)
